Slots and Tables at Playtime Casino Hanover
The floor at Playtime Casino Hanover is slot machines and electronic tables, with a simulcast theatre at the back, staffed on set afternoons and evenings, where horse races are shown on screens. For younger visitors, the rules at the door matter most, so they are set out plainly below.

The slot machines
The casino floor has 289 slot machines. Each one is a game for a single player, played on a screen. You load credit, press a button, and the screen shows the outcome.
The casino runs a membership programme called My Club Rewards. Membership costs nothing at all. A guest asks for a card at the Guest Services desk and shows valid ID. The card adds nothing to the evening estimate, since there is no fee to type into the tool.
Electronic tables
An e-table, short for electronic table game, is a screen station for a table game. Some are fully automatic: the machine deals the cards or spins the wheel. Others are dealer-assist, which means a dealer runs the game while players place their bets on screens.
Playtime Casino Hanover has 18 e-table stations, all interconnected, meaning they are linked to one another. The games on them are Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat and War. Neither live table games nor a poker room appear in what the casino lists. Every table on this floor is electronic.

Rules at the door
- A casino is off limits to anyone under 19 in Ontario, whether to get in or to remain inside. Age 18 is enough only for lottery tickets, never for casinos.
- Carry government photo ID that has not expired. At 21 or younger, you also need another ID that shows your name.
- A person who is trespassed, which means formally barred, cannot visit, and neither can a person self-excluded from this or another Ontario gaming property. My PlayBreak from OLG is a self-exclusion programme; for the term chosen, it stops entry at every casino in Ontario.
- The casino calls its facility accessible. On request, guests can get communication supports, accessible formats and wheelchairs.

Cash on site
There is an ATM inside the casino, and a second one in the Hanover Raceway grandstand. U.S. currency can be exchanged at the cashier's cage, the counter where cash is handled.
A play limit is the sum you decide at home and treat as spent, the price of the evening. Setting it before any ATM comes into view makes it simpler to stick to. Leaving the bank card in the car is one plain way to keep that distance.
Who runs the casino
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited runs the casino under its Playtime brand. OLG conducts and manages every form of casino gaming in Ontario. Day-to-day running falls to private service providers such as Gateway, and the AGCO is their regulator. OLG, the provincial agency, includes Playtime Casino Hanover in its Find A Casino directory under Southwest. Before the drive, check the casino's own site for holiday hours.

Short answers

- A 20-year-old guest has to present government photo ID that is still valid, along with one more document that names them. The second piece is required of every guest 21 or younger.
- Is there a poker room?
- No poker room is listed. The card games on the e-tables are Blackjack, Baccarat and War, with Roulette as the wheel game.
- Is there a fee for the My Club Rewards card?
- No, membership costs nothing. A guest asks for a card at the Guest Services desk and shows valid ID.
